It is really tough being a bank right now, especially when trying to up-sell to clients who are actually over-sold to. In nurturing our client relationships we worked with Absa Bank to develop positive strategies of growth, as well as positioning the brand to launch Barclays Africa alongside it.

⬤ 01. The Outcome

As the main brand agency, we built the corporate identity that extended to all sponsorships, from sports to the arts. We also created the first “Money Museum” in Africa, demonstrating the value of banking.

We launched the “Branch of the Future” as a safe space to instill clients trust in Absa Bank as technology progresses. We created various publications: from a thought-leadership publication that could build a connection with clients and generate trust, to all the art initiatives run by Absa Art Gallery. 

Alongside this we developed internal strategies bringing brand values to life through Branch Excellence Programmes, In-house Broadcast channels & by creating inspiring spaces.
