At the peak of Covid, Delivery Hero needed to react and grow extremely fast to gain maximum market share on their food delivery platforms/apps.

My role was to create & manage over 15 new virtual restaurant brands from concept to launch to global roll-out.

I did this by building a 3 tier brand system that simplified brand complexity at different stages of brand building. The results were added value to the Delivery Hero platforms by being able to react faster to food trends and offer customers a wider choice of restaurants.
